Dr. Marina Vorholzer will join Emlyon Business School as Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and researcher at the InvEnt – Innovation and Entrepreneurship Research Center, starting September 1, 2026.

Dr. Vorholzer completed her postdoctoral appointment at the TUM Entrepreneurship Research Institute under the supervision of Prof. Holger Patzelt, and was a member of the TransforM Cluster – Munich Center for Transformative Technologies and Societal Change. During this time, she contributed to research on ethical decision-making in entrepreneurship alongside Prof. Holger Patzelt and Prof. Nicola Breugst.

Dr. Vorholzer’s research focuses on entrepreneurial ethics, examining how individuals cognitively, affectively, and behaviorally process ethical considerations in entrepreneurial contexts and how these processes shape entrepreneurial actions and outcomes. Her work draws on conceptual, experimental, and in-depth qualitative research methods.
